As a Senior Leader and Trainer I recognized that in order to become most effective, we all need to acknowledge that leadership is a continuous journey and sometimes we need to “call in a coach” to help and mentor us on HOW to address new issues.
Regardless of whether you are just starting out in your leadership journey, or have decades of experience, there is always more to learn and examine. I utilize my 25 years of organizational knowledge and senior management experience to adjust my coaching style and approach to meet the needs of the client.
Coaching sessions are broken up into five components- moving from who you are, to who you lead, to developing trust and building teams, to putting lessons into practice, and finally to how you can truly affect organizational change.
