My name is Carrie-Lynn Hotson

I have a combined 25 years of experience as a HR Professional.

Adult Facilitator, Mediator, Leadership Coach, and Author of Knowing Who You Lead. This combined experience has enabled me to dive into WHY issues occur between leaders and their teams. I utilize my years of experience and research to develop resources, tools, courses, and services that support you in your efforts to resolve conflict, improve communication, and empower employees!

  • I help you learn what behaviors might be enhancing or impeding a coworker’s ability to bring their authentic self to work
