I have a combined 26 years of experience as a HR Professional.
Adult Facilitator, Mediator, Leadership Coach, College Professor, and Author of Knowing Who You Lead. This combined experience has enabled me to dive into WHY issues occur between leaders and their teams. I utilize my years of experience and research to develop resources, tools, courses, and services that support you in your efforts to resolve conflict, improve communication, and empower employees!
